PPG
Patient Participation Group (PPG)
All patients of the practice, or carers of patients of the practice are very welcome to join our patient participation group (PPG)!
We meet several times a year, or members can keep up to date via email.
The aims of the group are:
- To give us a patients perspective on how we can improve our services
- To improve communication between us and our patients
- To exchange information and ideas
- To provide our patients with an opportunity to be involved in how their practice is run
We would like our group to include members from as broad spectrum as possible to get a truly representative patient opinion. We need young and old patients, patients that work, patients that don’t work, patients that care for others, patients with long term conditions and patients from different ethnic groups.

Meetings
Next Meeting - Saturday 17th May 2025
9.15am - 10.30am
Helme Chase Surgery, Upstairs Waiting Room
Patient Group members are invited to attend regular meetings which give us an opportunity to really engage with our patients and understand their perspectives of our service.
We will sometimes discuss specific topics – such as changes in the practice or particular challenges we are facing, and work together to find a solution that works for everybody.
We may also discuss patient feedback patterns, and things that are of particular interest to the patient group.
