Our first contact physiotherapists Simon and Kerry have expertise in the assessment and management of Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions such as:

• Soft tissue injuries, sprains, strains or sports injuries
• Arthritis – any joint
• Possible problems with muscles, ligaments, tendons or bone e.g. tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, ankle sprains
• Spinal pain including lower back pain, mid-back pain and neck pain
• Spinal related pain in arms or legs, including nerve symptoms, e.g. pins & needles or numbness
• Post-orthopaedic surgery
• New musculoskeletal problems in patients that are not otherwise unwell
• KERRY ONLY - antenatal or postnatal patients with relevant issues such as back pain, carpal tunnel, de quervains, issues around caesarian scar management, or diastasis recti.

They are unable to see patients that are:

• Acutely unwell
• Under the age of 16
• House-bound
• For medical management of rheumatoid conditions
• Medication reviews for non-MSK conditions
• Neurological or respiratory conditions, or headaches
• Acute mental health crises
