If you wish to be accompanied by a chaperone for any consultation, examination or procedure please let a receptionist or the doctor or nurse involved know when booking the appointment. You may also request a chaperone when arriving at the surgery or at any time during the consultation.
If there is no chaperone available, you may be asked to re-schedule your appointment.
